Clinical Research of the Surgical Treatment in Tile C Pelvic Fractures
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the curative effects of the surgical treatment in Tile C pelvic fractures.Method:12 patients with Tile C pelvic fractures were treated from June 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital and got full follow-up.Matta criterion and Majeed functional scoring were used to evaluate clinical results.Result:All patients were followed up for 12-30 months,for an average period of (22.4±8.9)months,and got fracture union. Matta criterion: 8 patients were excellent and 4 patients were good;Majeed functional scoring:9 patients were excellent,2 patients were good and 1 was fair.Conclusion:Tile C pelvic fractures with proper operative method can sufficiently reconstruct the pelvic anatomy,the mechanical stability,and better functional prognosis.
