Effect Observation of the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure in the Primary Hospitals

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure in the primary hospitals, and to study the treatment methods.Method:60 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected, according to the doctor order,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. According to the condition, the control group was given rest, oxygen inhalation, antiasthmatic, expectorant, diuretic, anti infection and nutrition support therapy; the treatment group based on the control group was received the routine treatment combined with dopamine, dobutamine, phenol phentolamine, nitroglycerin and furosemide treatment.The curative effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed and compared of the two groups.Result:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, which was higher than that the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the routine treatment plus the use of strong heart expanding diuretic plan in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease heart failure curative effect significantly, and the relative safety.The primary hospital after diagnosis and standard treatment, the vast majority of work of breathing in patients with can improve, cardiac function can be improved reduced referral superior hospital, and reduce the economic burden for patients, saving medical resources.It is worth to apply for clinical application in the primary hospitals.
