The Correlation Study between Apolipoprotein AB and Coronary Lesions in Patients with non Diabetic Population
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relationship between apolipoprotein (Apo) A/B and its related lipid associated indicators and the coronary artery lesions in non-diabetic population.Method:352 patients were selected in our hospital in 2014,according to the coronary angiography results, they were divided into the control group, the coronary atherosclerosis group and the coronary heart disease group. The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), ApoA, ApoB and ApoA/B of the three groups were compared, the relationship between lipid parameters and on behalf of the coronary artery lesion severity Gensini score was analyzed.Result:There were no significance in gender, age, TC, TG, HDL-C and ApoA between the three groups.ApoB of the coronary atherosclerosis group was higher than that the control group ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); and ApoA/B was decreased, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.01);LDL-C,ApoB,ApoA/B of the coronary atherosclerosis group were higher than those of the control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Gensini score was negatively correlated with the ApoA and ApoA/B, and positively correlated with LDL-C and ApoB.Conclusion:This research shows that ApoA/B is negatively correlated with the severity of coronary lesions in non-diabetic population.
