CHEN Ying
Abstract:Objective:Contrast research and analysis on the efficacy of balloon dilatation and propess at 41 weeks gestation induced labor. Method:100 pregnant women with 41 weeks gestation induced labor in our hospital from August 2014 to June 2015 were selected ,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The observation group was given balloon dilatation, the control group was used propess induced labor. The effect of pregnant women after induced labor were compared of the two groups.Result:After the induced labor, the effect of induced labor, the rate of vaginal delivery, cesarean section rate, labor to delivery time, time of delivery, total process time were compared of the two groups, there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Balloon dilatation and propess in induced labor at 41 weeks, all have a safe, reliable effect, but the effect in the induction of labor, vaginal delivery is better than propess aspects of balloon dilatation, and in labor to delivery time, time of delivery, the total labor time aspect propess is better than balloon dilatation, so the choice of induced labor mode, should be based on the actual situation of pregnant women to choose induced labor preferred way.
