Abstract:Objective:To observe and evaluate MMI and PTU joint use for the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism affect liver function.Method:94 cases with hyperthyroidism in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected, they were randomly divided into the MMI group, the PTU group, the combination therapy group ,they were given MMI, PTU, MMI plus PTU in each group, the therapeutic effect and changes of liver function of the three groups were observed.Result:Outcomes of liver injury, the incidence of liver injury of the combination therapy group and the MMI group were all lower than that in the PTU group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);liver injury in time, the combination therapy group of liver damage in time between PTU and MMI group, the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concomitant drugs compared with a single drug use in the treatment of hyperthyroidism, the effect of liver function of patients is significantly different. The use of concomitant drugs, and regular monitoring of liver function, can effectively reduce the severity of liver damage and delay the onset of liver damage, it is worthy of clinical application.
