Clinical Observation of Inferior Vena Cava Filter Placement Application of Clinical Nursing Path in Patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical observation of inferior vena cava filter placement application of clinical nursing path in patients. Method:78 cases with inferior vena cava filter placement in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional nursing, the study group was treated with clinical nursing pathway,the clinical curative effect, nursing satisfaction and treatment related indicators the situation of two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 92.31%,which was higher than 76.92% of the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.44%,which was higher than 71.79% in the control group,there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group ,and hospitalization expenses was less than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving the clinical nursing path to the patients with inferior vena cava filter placement,can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and the nursing satisfaction,it has a certain value in clinical application and research.
