Abstract:Objective:To explore the feasibility of nasal endoscopic operation treatment in the patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis. Method: From June 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital 120 cases of noninvasive fungal sinusitis patients were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the control group were treated with conventional drug treatment, application of dexamethasone and gentamicin sulphate.60 patients in the observation group were treated with nasal endoscopic operation treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy after treatment,to evaluate the feasibility of nasal endoscopic operation in the treatment of the disease.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group with nasal endoscopic treatment(96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%),mucosal recovery time was (5.14±1.96)d,nasal ventilation time was (2.43±0.67)d and pain scores was (1.37±0.36) of the patients in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group with mucosal, recovery time was (7.81±2.87)d,nasal ventilation time was (6.45±1.78)d and pain scores was (3.62±0.81),disease recurrence rate of the observation group(3.33%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(30.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic operation in the treatment of non invasive fungal sinusitis, has a high efficiency, low recurrence rate, can help patients recover, feasibility.
