The Clinical Significance Observation of Carotid Artery Color Doppler Ultrasound Detection for Carotid Atherosclerosis for Coronary Heart Disease Patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical significance observation of carotid artery color doppler ultrasonic detection for carotid atherosclerosis for coronary heart disease patients.Method:90 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from September 2012 to October 2014 were selected as the research objects(the experimental group) and 90 healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as the control group ,all the research objects were detected by color ultrasound.The carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT) was recorded,and plaque detectable rate were calculated, severity of plaque was evaluated,the results were compared and analyzed.Result:The IMT and plaque detectable rate and severity of plaque in the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).71 cases with carotid atherosclerosis were detected in the experimental group, the checking rate was 78.9%,while 25 cases with carotid atherosclerosis were detected in the control group , the checking rate was 27.8%.Conclusion:There is a correlation between color doppler ultrasonic detection the carotid artery atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease,can become the important means of early diagnosis and prevention the coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,and it is worth promoting.
