Abstract:Objective:To observe the intertrochanteric fracture characteristics and evaluation of the efficacy of minimally invasive internal fixation PFNA.Method:120 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into A group,B group,C group, they were respectively taken PFNA,LPFP and external fixator, three kinds of operation treatment effect were compared, and the bone mineral density measurement was checked to count examination rate of osteoporosis.Result:BMD was measured in 120 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture, the incidence of osteoporosis was 86.7%.A group in the operation time, hospitalization time and loading time were shorter than B,C group(P<0.05);three groups excellent rates were 97.5%,90.0%, 87.5%,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the lowest incidence of complications in A group,B group was second,C group was the highest, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:By analyzing the clinical characteristics of senile intertrochanteric fracture, using PFNA fixation has good clinical curative effect, small trauma, less complications, hip function recovery and other advantages.
