Clinical Application Value of the Ultrasonic Monitoring in Head Dystocia Monitoring

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of the ultrasonic monitoring in head dystocia monitoring.Method:1917 primiparas who were pushed into the delivery room production were selected from July 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital,which were divided into observation group and control group to be observed and compared,950 primiparas of observation group were tested with the positive line of ultrasonic to understand the fetal position,and were given early position changed or ultrasound guided by unarmed correct;967 primiparas of control group were given traditional delivery mode.Result:Two groups of labor time,positive natural labor rate,and cesarean section rate,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical application of ultrasonic monitoring can fing the abnormal fetal head position as soon as possible,and give the treatment timely, active intervention,significantly lower head dystocia cesarean delivery rate,it has a significant clinical significance.
