Discusion of the Effect of Awakening Period Being Given Oxycodone to the Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy with Rumifentanil Fast Track Anaesthesia in the Preoperative

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of giving Oxycodone to laparoscopic cholecystectomy which be with remifentanil fast track anesthesia after in recovery.Method:80 patients undergoing laparosopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups randomly,the control group was injected with 0.9% sodium chloride in 20 minutes before operation,the treatment group was injected Oxycodone in 20 minutes before operation.The time of two groups in discontinuation of spontaneous breathing recovery,eye opening,extubation,eyelash reflex and the score of the pain,restlessness,sedation were observed and recorded.Result:The time of patients of two groups in spontaneous breathing recovery,open and tube drawing and eyelash reflex were no difference(P>0.05).In the comparison of pain, restlessness score,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,but the treatment group sedation score was higher than the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Be giving Oxycodone analgesia before operation can effectively ease the pain of waking period in patients with stable vital signs.
