Curative Effect Observation of Chuan Huang Yi in Treatment of Infusion Phlebitis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the curative effect and related care of Chuan Huang Yi in treatment of infusion phlebitis.Method:100 cases with infusion phlebitis in our department from June 2014 to November 2014 were randomly divided into the Chuan Huang Yi group and the magnesium sulfate group,50 cases in each group.50 patients were given Chuan Huang Yi and honey external treatment nursing,50 patients were given magnesium sulfate wet nursing.Result:The total efficiency rate of Chuan Huang Yi was 100%,which was significantly higher than 78.00% in the magnesium sulfate group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.371,P<0.05).The pain relief time and the relieve swelling time of Chuan Huang Yi were (1.61±0.65) d and (2.73±0.92)d,which were shorter than (2.15±0.59) d and(3.22±0.84)d in the magnesium sulfate group, the differences were statistically significant(t=4.872,4.893,P<0.05).The again puncture success rate of the Chuan Huang Yi was 82.00% ,which was significantly higher than 52.00%in the magnesium sulfate group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.443,P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Chuan Huang Yi in treatment of infusion phlebitis is good, which can shorten the pain and swelling relief time, improve the success rate of puncture again.
