Problems Existing in the Development and Solution of the Anesthesia Specialist Nurses

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the problems existing in the development and solution of the anesthesia specialist nurses.Method:The relevant data of 30 anesthesia specialist nurses in our hospital from August 2013 to April 2014 were analyzed,the problems existing in the development of the anesthesia specialist nurses were used questionnaires and other methods to analyze,solutions were proposed based on these issues.Result:After take measures,the theory test scores was (95.06±3.24)points and the operation scores was (76.85±3.14)points of the anesthesia specialist nurses,which were higher than (81.21±2.35)points and (76.85±3.14)points before take measures(P<0.05).After take measures,the job satisfaction was 93.3%,which was higher than 60.0%before solution(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anesthesia specialist nurses are important part of the hospital, nurses in the development process have many problems, the relevant departments should take positive and effective ways to solve, to ensure the sustainable development of anesthesia specialist nurses.
