The Clinical Efficacy Study of Dental Root Canal Therapy of 80 Cases with Dental Pulp Periapical Disease

Abstract:Objective:To analysis and research the actual clinical effect of the dental root canal therapy of dental pulp periapical disease,in order to research the suitable method in treatment of dental pulp periapical disease.Method:According to the principles and criteria of random sampling, 80 cases of patients with dental pulp periapical disease in the department of stomatology of our hospital from January 15,2014 to January 15,2015 were randomly selected as the analysis objects.80 cases of patients with dental pulp periapical disease were treated with dental root canal therapy,40 cases of patients with dental pulp periapical disease were selected as the compare group,who treated with the choice of a one-time root canal therapy,their remaining 40 cases of patients with the use of endodontic root canal treatment graded methods of treatment were selected as the study group.Finally,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The quality of the dental root canal therapy of the compare group was higher than that of the study group, the total effective rate of the compare group was 100%, and the study group was only 85.0%.The dental recovery time of the compare group was (10.25±2.50) days,the dental inflammation subsidise time was (12.50±3.50) days;The dental recovery time of the study group was (15.50±4.50) days,the dental inflammation subsidise time was (18.50±2.50) days.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of the disposable root canal treatment was better than the fractional root canal treatment,and the effect of the dental pulp periapical disease was more noticeable. Conclusion:The treatment effect of dental root canal therapy of the dental pulp periapical disease is good,in reality, the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients must be closely combined with the actual situation of the appropriate choice of oral root canal treatment.
