Research of Expression Changes of miRNA-363 in Thyroid Carcinoma

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the expression of miRNA-363 in sera of the normal subjects and patients with thyroid carcinoma,and the expression of miRNA-363 in normal thyroid tissues and thyroid carcinoma tissues in patients.Method:The content of miRNA-363 were tested by real-time PCR,and the content of miRNA-363 were tested on normal thyroid tissues and thyroid carcinoma tissues in patients.Result:Compared to the normal subjects,the level of miRNA-363 were significantly decreased in sera of patients with thyroid carcinoma,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of miRNA-363 in patients with thyroid carcinoma decreases.
