The Impact of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Interventions in Acute Stroke Hemiplegia Patients Activities of Daily Living
Abstract：Objective:To study the impact of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing interventions in acute stroke hemiplegia patients activities of daily living(ADL).Method:From June 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital,80 cases of acute stroke hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,40 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment and routine clinical care,the experimental group were added comprehensive rehabilitation care interventions,the level of ADL were assessed by using BI before and after care.Result:The BI and the ADL of the experimental group improved more than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the ADL of acute stroke hemiplegia,which is suitable for clinical application.
