Research on the Prevalence and Related Factors of Fatty Liver in Community Residents

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the prevalence and related factors of fatty liver in community residents,to explore the risk factors and to provide help for treatment.Method:Using random cluster sampling method to collect physical examination in community residents of 2696 cases collected medical history,including gender,age,dietary habits and height,weight,blood pressure and liver function,blood glucose,blood lipid, B ultrasound examination to diagnosis fatty liver.Result:The prevalence of fatty liver was 20.81%,and the incidence among different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),45-55 years old male prevalence was relatively highest,there were significant differences in the various factors of the fatty liver group(P<0.05).The prevalence was closely related to sex,age,body mass index,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,alcohol consumption,exercise and others.Conclusion:The fatty liver prevalence rate is higher in community residents,we should pay attention to these risk factors,aimed at high risk population,formulate scientific and reasonable prevention and intervention measures to prevent the disease in the bud.
