Clinical Observation of Bronchial Asthma Treated with Jiechuan Fuzheng Decoction

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effect of bronchial asthma treated with Jiechuan Fuzheng Decoction.Method:200 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine Salbutamol and Aminophylline,antibiotics,hormones and other conventional medical treatment,on the based of the control group the treatment group was given self-made sectional Jiechuan Fuzheng Decoction,1 dose/day.The treatment course of two groups was 7 d,after 2 courses of treatment,the effects of two groups were observed.Result:After 2 courses of treatment,the average time of wheezing disappearance of the treatment group was (3.2±0.1)d,the control group was (4.6±0.4)d,the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%,the control group was 70.0%,it was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jiechuan Fuzheng Decoction with dispersing lung qi for lowering adverse Qi,relieving cough and phlegm,detoxification of desensitization,Dingchuan cough efficacy and jiechuantang available exact,oral administration of safe and reliable,no clinically obvious toxic side effects.
