Curative Effect Discussion of Dental Defect with Dental Deformities by Orthodontics Combined with Repair

Abstract：Objective:To discuss the curative effect of dental defect with dental deformities by orthodontics combined with repair.Method:The clinical data of 35 cases of dental defect with dental deformities patients were were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from April 2011 to March 2014, they were divided into two groups,the fixed directly group(n=15),the orthodontics and repair combined treatment group(n=20),the effects of two groups were compared.Result:The good straight teeth,good after teeth jaw,front teeth jaw and coverage of orthodontics of the repairing combined treatment group were all better than those of the fixed directly group,the rate of good clinical treatment of orthodontics of of repair combined treatment group was better than those of the fixed directly group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical symptoms of dental defect with dental deformities by orthodontics combined with repair are obviously improved,and prognosis is good,which is to be used in clinical treatment.
