Study on the Diagnostic Value of Chest X-ray,CT and Fiber Bronchoscopy for Lung Cancer

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of chest X-ray,CT and fiber bronchoscopy in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Method:76 cases of lung cancer from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,44 cases of benign lung disease patients in the same period were selected as the control group,all patients were given X-ray,CT and fiber bronchoscopy,contrasted and analysized of all kinds of methods in the diagnosis accuracy.Result:X-ray in the diagnosis of lung cancer accuracy was 67.11%,CT was 90.79%,fiber bronchoscope was 92.11%,CT and fiberoptic bronchoscopy for lung cancer diagnosis accuracy were higher than that of X-ray diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical of newly diagnosed lung cancer screening,the chest X-ray is put in the first place,CT and bronchoscope for further testing,the increase rate of the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer has an important significance.
