The Role of Cognitive-behavioral Intervention Combined with Exercise Therapy on Interaction Anxiety in Rehabilitation of Patients with Depression

Abstract:Objective:To investigate interaction anxiety in rehabilitation of patients with depression and explore the effect of cognitive-behavioral intervention combined with exercise therapy on anxiety interaction.Method:70 rehabilitation patients received Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS) survey,the survey findings were compared with the norm.At the same time,the subjects were randomly divided into conventional treatment group(n=35) and the combined treatment group(n=35),and the differences of anxiety interaction of two groups were compared.Result:(1)All of the subjects were conducted before the intervention IAS investigation and comparison with the norm.IAS patients scored was higher than the norm,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.61,P<0.05).(2)Before the intervention anxiety interaction of the conventional treatment group and combined treatment group showed no statistically significant difference(t=0.68,P>0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,the combination therapy group value decreased anxiety group interaction,and was significantly lower than that of the conventional treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.20,3.93, P<0.05).Conclusion:The rehabilitation of patients with depression exist a certain degree of interaction anxiety,and cognitive behavioral intervention combined with exercise therapy can effectively relieve patient interaction anxiety.
