Bedside Monitoring and Nursing Intervention Measures of Respiratory Failure

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the bedside monitoring and nursing intervention of respiratory failure.Method:80 cases of patients with respiratory failure were given the bedside monitoring of breathing,heart rate,blood pressure,state of consciousness,arterial blood gas,percutaneous PO2 determination,input and output indicators,and according to the characteristics and nursing of respiratory failure.Result:After nursing and monitoring of 80 patients,77 cases were rescued successfully,3 cases died,the successful rescue rate was 96.25%.Conclusion:Active nursing intervention is effective,bedside monitoring is safe and simple,the treatment of respiratory failure has good effect,can reduce complications,reduce the mortality rate,improve the success rate of rescue.
