Rescue and Nursing of Acute Exacerbation of Cor Pulmonale Combined with Multiple Organ Failure

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the rescue and nursing of acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale combined with multiple organ failure (MOF). Method:40 cases of patients with acute phase of cor pulmonale combined with MOF to develop a set of scientific and strict rescue plan,immediately oxygen,established vein channel and effectived anti infection,corrected heart failure,maintenance of the intake of liquid,correction of electrolyte imbalance and acid-base balance,and should set up special care,effectived nursing intervention.Result:40 cases of acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale combined with MOF,respiratory failure and heart failure after the rescue and treatment actively,a total of 5 patients died (of renal failure in 3 cases, pulmonary encephalopathy in 1 case,of which 1 case of digestive tract hemorrhage),the rescue success rate was 87.5%.Conclusion:Acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale combine with MOF should be early discovery,early diagnosis,early prevention,early infection control,relieve airway spasm,improve ventilation,correction of hypoxia and hypercapnia,correct water and electrolyte balance,improve microcirculation,protect liver and kidney function, improve the body immunity and other comprehensive treatment.
