Abstract:Objective:To study the diagnostic value of bone marrow morphology and gene detection in myelodysplastic syndrome and hemolytic anemia.Method:60 cases with myelodysplastic syndrome and 60 cases of hemolytic anemia patients were selected as the research object, the bone marrow morphology and differences in genetic testing results were analyzed.Result:myelodysplastic syndrome group of bone marrow cell pathological hematopoietic was more evident than hemolytic anemia group(P<0.05).Bone marrow cell count original myelodysplastic syndrome group was obviously higher than that of hemolytic anemia group(P<0.05);Chromosome of myelodysplastic syndrome group and the abnormal gene were significantly more than the number of hemolytic anemia group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome and hemolytic anemia, joint bone marrow morphology and gene detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
