Analysis of 278 Cases of Cervical Thin-prep Cytology Test

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the the clinical application value of TCT(thinprep cytologic test).Method:10 344 female patients who underwent TCT by TBS diagnosis standard classification system from January 2013 to December 2014 were collected.There were 278 cases of patients were diagnosed positive,which could be divided into 4 groups according to the pathological findings.Result:The coincidence rate between cervical TCT results with cervical biopsy pathology results was high.The cervical TCT different positive results of cervical biopsy pathology overall constitute was different(P<0.05),the incidence level of CINI in group ASC-US and LSIL was the highest.The incidence level of CINⅢin group ASC-H and HSIL was the highest,and the incidence of cervical cancer was significantly higher than the other two groups.Conclusion:TCT is an effective method for cervical disease surveillance,which should be universal screening.The patients who are diagnosed ASC-H and HSIL should be paid attention especially.
