Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rhubarb Enema in the Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of enema with Rhubarb Decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Method:50 cases with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 25 cases in each group,the control group were treated with western routine treatment of renal Department of internal medicine,14 d for 1 course.The treatment group based on the treatment of the control group,the Rhubarb Mixture 200 ml each time,1-2 times a day,14 d for 1 course,the first to be reflux enema.At the same time Traditional Chinese Medicine dialectical therapy of oral medicine,daily 1 agent.Result:The treatment group clinical total effective rate of 92.0%was higher than the total efficiency of 60.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine enema rhubarb mixture is significantly clinical effects in the treatment of chronic renal failure,non-toxic side effects,is worthy of clinical application.
