Curative Effect Observation of Yiqihuoxue Tongmai Decoction in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Thrombotic Phlebitis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Yiqihuoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of lower extremity thrombotic phlebitis. Method:80 cases of patients with lower extremity thrombotic phlebitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each group,the control group was treated with western medicine therapy,the treatment group based on the treatment in the control group which was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine Yiqihuoxue Tongmai Decoction,1 dose daily,for 14 days for a course of treatment,observation curative effect after 2 courses of view.Result:The total effective rate was 92.5%in the treatment group,the control group was 57.5%,there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The two groups after treatment,fibrinogen,blood lipid,blood rheology indexes were significantly improved,through statistical analysis,there were significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of Yiqihuoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of lower extremity thrombotic phlebitis,safety and no side effects,which is worthy of promotion.
