Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Study on Relationship between Bacterial Infection
TIAN Yu
Abstract:Objective:To explore the different types, different degree of correlation with bacterial infection of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:60 cases with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected in our hospital from January to June 2013.they were divided into some groups according to different type and different degree.Compared different clinical data of them. Result:The positive cases in 60 cases of bacterial culture was 25 strains(41.6%),the strains of pathogens was 33 straine, mainly for the strains of haemophilus parainfluenzae was 12 strains(36.4%),haemophilus influenzae was 6 strains(18.2%),3 strains of streptococcus pneumoniae(9.1%),type 1, type 2,type 3 of AECOPD patients with positive rate of sputum bacteria respectively 77.8%,30.0%,16.67%.FEV1≥50%positive rate was 61.1%, FEV1<50%positive rate was 33.3%(P<0.05),the degree of decline in lung function, sputum positive rate rise. Conclusion:The severity of AECOPD correlated with bacterial infection, type 1 bacterial infection rate is higher than that of type 2,3.The greater FEV1 decrease, the higher the degree of bacterial infection.
