Clinical Analysis of 31 Cases of Bilateral Ureteral Stones

Abstract：Objective:To explore the diagonsis and treatment of bilateral ureteral calculi.Method:31 cases of bilateral ureteral calculi patients were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital From June 2010 to September 2014.Result:20 cases of patients with bilateral ureteral calculi were successfully crushed and indwelling double J tube in a single procedure.One side were achieved in,the other side to return to renal pelvis were followed by ESWL in 5 cases.2 patients with unilateral were succeeded, one side for ureterolithotomy, 2 patients to double J tube indwelling bilateral ureter,2 cases were converted to open operation.Conclusion:Bilateral ureteral calculi must timely surgical treatment for obstruction,surgical methods according to the size,location and the renal function of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic lithotripsy decision,is the preferred treatment.
