The Effect of Quality Control Circle Nursing Mode of Cesarean Section Patients After Operation about Culture Shock

Abstract：Objective:To study the application of quality control circle nursing mode of culture shock in Cesarean section patients of quality control.Method:200 patients Suffered Culture Shock in author's department from 2012 were select as the research object.On the premise of patients' informed consent,They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,Quality control circle nursing mode were used in the experimental group and the control group were didn't offer special intervention,Through the establishment of quality control circle activity groups,we developed product specific implementation of QCC activity group activities,evaluation and feedback for improving the implementation of QCC team results were made.Result:Patients in the experimental group culture shock elimination in 67 cases,the control group 12 cases of culture shock self-healing,experimental group patients were improved significantly compared with the control,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group patients' satisfaction to nursing service was 87%,control group patients satisfaction with nursing service was 51%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=30.295,P<0.05).The basic nursing measures of the experimental group culture shock patients was higher than that in the control of the implementation of basic nursing intervention group culture shock in the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The QCC team activities help to eliminate cultural shock of cesarean sectionpatients after operation.It helps to improve the satisfaction the basic nursing and nursing service implementation.QCC team as a management tool, it is worth using for reference in nursing work.
