Related Research for Older Scar Uterus Maternal Labor and Pain after Delivery Through the Intervention of Comprehensive Nursing

Abstract：Objective:To study related issues about the old scar uterus maternal labor and pain after delivery,combining with clinical data, summarize the countermeasures and measures about improve old scar uterus maternal and infant health delivery safety.Method:80 cases of older scar uterus maternal were randomly selected as the research object in the hospital from March 2008 to December 2014,54 cases in the were taken the conventional nursing,26 cases in the control group were adopted comprehensive nursing intervention,using retrospective analysis method,comparative observations were made on maternal labor and childbirth pain index,and summarized the effective measures of comprehensive nursing intervention methods according to the description,and improved nursing service quality and level.Result:Among 80 cases of women,the average labor was (13.42±1.46) min,that of control group was (18.29±2.67) min,there was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 cases pain occurs after childbirth,pain in childbirth rate was 11.11%,that was significantly lower than control group in 9 cases,34.62%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:there are differences between older scar uterus maternal and normal maternal about the pain after childbirth pain and labor,and there is a certain difficulty of nursing,antenatal,there is a certain difficulty of nursing ,antenatal,after giving birth to adopt comprehensive nursing intervention can inhibit,weaken the labor pain.
