Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic Appendectomy for the Treatment of Acute Appendicitis and Acute Suppurative Appendicitis

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of laparoscopic appendectomy on the treatment of acute appendicitis and acute suppurative appendicitis.Method:The clinical data of 92 cases with acute appendicitis and 44 cases of acute suppurative appendicitis underwent laparoscopic appendectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The average operation time and impatient time in acute suppurative appendicitis group was significantly longer than that in acute appendicitis group,the number of cases of incision healing in Ⅲ grade is also much more than that in acute appendicitis group;but therapeutic effects in the two groups are same,the patients were all cured and hospital discharged.Except each group occurred 1 case of incision infection or bleeding after operation,there were not the occurrence of other postoperative complications.Conclusion:Like acute appendicitis, laparoscopic appendectomy is fitted the treatment of acute suppurative appendicitis.
