Clinical Effect Analysis of Norcantharidin Combined with Epimedium in Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical effect analysis of norcantharidin combined with epimedium in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Method:84 patients with primary liver cancer from July 2012 to September 2014 in our hospitalwere randomly divided into A and B two groups. B group were treated by western drug symptomatic treatment, A group on the basis of the B group gived the patients norcantharidin and epimedium.Result:The effective rate of A group was 61.0%, the effective rate of B group was 32.6%, compared two groups, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.81,P<0.01);After treatment,the serum ALT, AST and ALB levels of A group compared with the B group were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); A group patients serum the level of AFP compared with the B group decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Norcantharidin combined with epimedium in the treatment of primary liver cancer, can alleviate the symptoms, improve the liver function of patients, improve the clinical treatment of the overall effect, has the clinical application value.
