Effect of Psychological Nursing in the Treatment of Patients with Hepatitis B and SAS,SDS Score

Abstract：Objective:To observe the nursing methods of hepatitis B patients hospitalized treatment rehabilitation effect and influence on patients with anxiety,depression scores.Method:120 cases of patients with hepatitis B were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, two groups of patients were given routine nursing care,while the observation group received psychological nursing.After treatment in accordance with the standard test statistics and compare the curative effect difference,by self rating anxiety scale,SAS self rating Depression Scale before and after SDS were compared between two groups of nursing psychological changes in patients with hepatitis B.Result:The results showed that the detection of indicators,the indicators of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Changes were after nursing,but the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group improved significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic hepatitis B can be targeted psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing can effectively enhance the effect of treatment in patients with depression,anxiety,the improvement has a significant role in promoting.
