Research on the Election,Training and Evaluation for Head Nurses in Second-class Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals

Abstract：This paper works on the methods and results of the electing,training and evaluation for head nurses in second-class traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.The conditions of electing head nurses are adjusted.Training courses on Chinese traditional medicinal knowledge and nursing skills are designed for head nurses.Trainings on management,first aid,teaching and researching abilities for head nurses have been planned.Evaluation programs and detailed rules for head nurses are developed,and have been applied to quarterly reviews.This approach has improved the comprehensive abilities of head nurses,optimized the management team of nurses with traditional Chinese medicine speciality,advanced high-quality nursing services in all aspects,and deepened the nursing services for traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.It provides references for the election,training and evaluation of head nurses in second-class traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
