Safety Analysis of Self Management to Improve Maternal Breastfeeding with Hepatitis B Virus

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the safety of self management to improve maternal breastfeeding with hepatitis B virus.Method:80 cases of patients with hepatitis B virus carrier mothers were selected in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medical treatment management,the observation group was given routine treatment in addition to medical management and self management.Hepatitis B virus infection of two groups was compared.Result:At 3 months,the infection rate of two groups,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).At 9 months, the control group was 17.50%,the observation group was only 2.50%(P<0.05).At 12 months,the control group was 27.50%,the observation group was 5.00%(P<0.05).At 24 months,the control group was 45.00%,the observation group was 7.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self management can effectively improve the safety of HBV maternal breastfeeding,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
