Clinical Application Value of Oral Rehabilation Membrane Materials in Dental Implant to Guide the Bone’s Regeneration

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of different oral membrane materials used in guided bone regeneration procedure.Method:98 patients were selected as the research objects from May 2013 to March 2014,then they were randomly divided into two groups, the test group used absorbable membrane during the GBR procedure,while the control group used titanium membrane.The repair success rate and efficiency of GBR were analyzed.Result:The repair success rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone thickness and thickness of the bone graft of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compicatoin rate of the test group was 2.0%,was significantly lower than 8.2% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bio-absorbable membrane shows better result during the GBR procedure,with higher repair success rate and less complication,it is worthy of further clinical application.
