Clinical Study of Repair Soft Tissue Defect of Hand by Foot Free Flaps Transplantation

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect for repair soft tissue defect of hand by foot free flaps transplantation.Method:The data of 218 cases with hand skin defects treated in our hospital from January 2007 to August 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Result:218 patients were used by foot free flaps, 210 flaps of them survived completely,3 cases were partial necrosis,5 cases were necrosis. The total success rate was 96.33%, total effective rate was 97.71%. According to Chinese Medical Association of hand surgery to the upper extremity function assessment standard to determine, postoperative fine rate was 94.03%.Conclusion:In the operative methods of hand skin defect, foot free flap is the best way of surgery reconstruction.
