Clinical Value of Lan Qin Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Herpangina

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Lan Qin Oral Liquid in the treatment of herpangina.Method:64 patients with herpangina in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2014 were selected,they were randomly assigned for the observation group and the control group, 32 cases in each group. First,oral care,rehydration,supplement vitamin C,Reduning and ribavirin antiviral of two groups of patients,high fever treated with antibiotics and the corresponding symptomatic treatment,based on these in the observation group patients were given oral Lan Qin oral liquid, taken three times a day,3 to 6 years old with each serving with a piece of Lan Qin oral liquid,3 years old of the following patients each taking 2/3.The treatment time was 5 days,the treatment effect of the two groups of patients were observed.Result:In the observation group, 25 cases were excellent, 6 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,the effective rate was 78.13%,the total effective rate was 96.88%.In the control group,19 cases were excellent,6 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 59.38%,the total effective rate was 78.13%.There were significant differences between the two groups of patients with the total effective rate and the effective rate,the difference was statistically significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lan Qin Oral Liquid in the treatment of herpangina has a good curative effect,it is worthy of promotion.
