Abstract:Objective:To discuss the efficacy of green laser photoselective vaporization(PVBT) for multiple non-muscle invasive bladder cancer.Method:The clinical data of 27 patients with multiple non-muscle invasive bladder cancer in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with green laser photoselective vaporization. After operation, regular inspection with cystoscope were used.Result:All the operations were successful, the operation time was among 25-85 min, average 45 min. With few intraoperative bleeding,no case occured obturator nerve reflex or bladder perforation. All patients were followed up for 11 to 30 months, average 13 months. The recurrence rate of bladder neoplasms was 18.5%(5 cases). Conclusion:The treatment of green laser photoselective vaporization for multiple non-muscle invasive bladder has definite effect and advantages of safety, less bleeding and less recurrence.
