The Clinical Value of Continue Nursing on Peritoneal Dialysis Patients with Acute Nephrotic Syndrome and Kidney Injury

Abstract:Objective:To analyze and discuss the clinical value of continue nursing on peritoneal dialysis patients with nephrotic syndrome and acute kidney injury through clinical discussion.Method:181 cases with nephrotic syndrome and acute kidney injury who needed peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2013.They were randomly divided into the observation group(91 cases) and the control group(90 cases).Two groups were received peritoneal dialysis treatment for nephrotic syndrome with acute kidney injury,the observation group was added continue nursing,the control group was treated by ordinary secondary care.Result:After half a year the compliance of the control group was significantly lower than the observation group,the incidence of complications of the observation group was obviously lower than the control group,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients’ mentality change obviously by use of continue nursing for peritoneal dialysis patients with nephrotic syndrome and acute kidney injury,their quality of life improved obviously,it can be widely applied clinically.
