Effect of HtoH Continuous Nursing on the Readmission Rate of the Children with Bronchial Asthma

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the influence of readmission rate of HtoH (hospital to home) continuous nursing on children with bronchial asthma. Method:84 children with bronchial asthma in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group were given routine nursing care,the observation group with the implementation of HtoH continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing,the readmission rates of two groups were compared.Result:The observation group with 6 months readmission rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HtoH continuous nursing can effectively reduce the readmission rate of bronchial asthma,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
