The Influence of Psychological Intervention and Pain Nursing on Laboring Process during Childbirth

Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of psychological intervention and pain nursing on laboring process during the course of childbirth. Method:100 cases of primiparas from August 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 primiparas of the control group were just given routing nursing care,50 primiparas of the observation group given targeted psychological intervention and pain nursing based on the control group.Result:The postnatal bleeding incidence in the observation group was 2%,which was lower than 14%in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of caesarean section in the observation group was 4%,which was lower than 20%in the control group(P<0.05).And the observation group was significantly lower than the control group in the time of all labor stages and the score of all labor pain(P<0.05).Conclusion:It’s advisable to apply and expand psychological intervention and pain nursing during the course of childbirth for its advantages of reducing the time of laboring process,alleviating the pain during the labor,decreasing the risk of postnatal bleeding and caesarean section.
