Analysis of Latanoprost in the Treatment of Primary Open-angle Glaucoma Related Effects on Intraocular Pressure and Hemodynamics

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of Latanoprost on open angle glaucoma intraocular pressure and hemodynamics.Method:100 cases with open angle glaucoma were selected in our hospital for treatment from February 2014 to January 2015,according to the patients order,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 50 cases.The observation group was treated with Latanoprost,the control group was treated with Timolol.Result:After treatment,intraocular pressure decreased significantly in two groups,and the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the treatment of various stages of intraocular pressure,there were statistical significant in two groups(P<0.05);the patients in the two groups after treatment PSV,EDV increased,RI reduced apparently;in the observation group after treatment,the hemodynamic index of CRA and PCA compared with those before treatment there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Latanoprost can effectively improve the patients with intraocular pressure and hemodynamic,which is the ideal anti glaucoma drugs.
