Analysis of Death Related Factors of Diabetic Lactic Acidosis
Abstract：Objective:To investigate death related factors of diabetic lactic acidosis.Method:The clinical data of 81 cases for diabetic lactic acidosis was analyzed retrospectively.Result:HbA1c,serum lactate level,the cases of MODS in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05).The death related factors of diabetic lactic acidosis were serum lactate level(P<0.05,OR=2.353) and HbA1c (P<0.05,OR=1.824) by Logistic regression analysis.Conclusion:The higher mortality of diabetic lactic acidosis is associated with the poor blood glucose control and the higher serum lactate level.
