Effect Observation of Rabeprazole Combined Furazolidone Clarithromycin in the Treatment Hp Related Peptic Ulcer

Abstract：Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of using furazolidone combined with rabeprazole, clarithromycin in treating Hp-related peptic ulcer.Method:78 cases of patiens with Hp related peptic ulcer from june 2013 to june 2014 were selected,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group. Control group were treated with omeprazole, observation group were given rabeprazole combined with furazolidone and clarithromycin treatment, and then the total treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Result: In the observation group given furazolidone combined with rabeprazole clarithromycin therapy, the total treatment effective rate was 94.87%; in control group of patients given a single treatment with omeprazole, the total effective rate was 79.49%. Difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); after laboratory tests, among patients in the experimental group, 35 patients have been eradicated Hp, eradication rate was 89.74%; in control group, 27 patients were eradicated Hp, eradication rate was 69.23%, difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Rabeprazole combined with clarithromycin furazolidone in treating Hp related peptic ulcer, the effect is obvious, and the Hp eradication rate was high, which has important clinical reference significance.
