Clinical Analysis of 59 Cases of Postinfectious Cough in The Treatment of Cetirizine Hydrochloride Combing Seretide

Abstract：Objective:To observe the curative effect of cetirizine combined with Seretide inhalation in the treatment of post infectious cough.Method:118 patients with cough after infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group . The treatment group was treated by cetirizine hydrochloride, combined with Seretide inhalation; the control group was treated by chlorpheniramine for a week, The symptom scores were recorded before and after treatment in patients with cough .Result:That the effective rate of treatment group was 89.8%, the effective rate of control group was 61%, there was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Cetirizine hydrochloride combined with Seretide in treating postinfectious cough can significantly improve the symptoms of cough, and it is worth to clinical promote.
