Clinical Analysis of 95 Cases of Laparoscopic Appendectomy
Abstract:Objective:To summarize operation experiences of laparoscopic appendectomy.Method:95 cases of laparoscopic appendectomy from 2012.12 to 2013.11 were retrospectively reviewed.Result:All cases underwent laparoscopic appendectomy successfully.The operation time varied from 23min to 126 min, and the mean time was 47min.The hospital stay after operation≤3 d in 72 cases(75.79%),>6 d in 7 cases(7.37%).Postoperative complications occurred in 7 cases,including the main operating hole infection in 3 cases,ileocecal infection in 2 cases,intraabdominal abscesses in 2 cases,One cured by ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture drainage,another cured by laparoscopic drainage. all patients were cured and followed up for 6 months,no further complications were found.Conclusion: Laparoscopic appendectomy is a mature surgical technique.On the basis of fully understanding of its safety and feasibility,with skilled operation skills,it can be applied in clinical treatment actively.
