Abstract:Objective: To study the use of senile patients with interchangeable femoral fractures proximate femoral locking plate fixation of clinical effect. Method: The hospital choose between January 2011 - January 2014 180 cases of interchangeable fractures in elderly patients with diagnosis and treatment, will be divided among 90 cases of senile interchangeable two groups, com minuted for patients with fracture fixation within DHS, 90 patients in the observation group implementing proximate femoral locking plate fixation, clinical outcomes between the two groups of patients.Result: In this paper, the selected patients had no nerve and blood vessel injury, infection of incision. Patients in the observation group of 3 cases suffered hip var us deformity, no broken nails. Patients in the control group there were 24 cases of coax sara occurred in 9 cases of acute, screw breakage phenomenon. Postoperative limb function according to the Harris score standard: control the rate of excellent and good were 73.33%, observe the excellent rate were 93.33%, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the differences between the two groups were significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Senile interchangeable fractures of the proximate femur using locking plate fixation of significant clinical effect, a simple, reliable fixation, surgical trauma, fewer complications caused several advantages such as high fracture healing, clinical ideal internal fixation methods.
