Curative Effect of Two Different Way of Chemotherapy Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Locally Advanced Cervical Cancer
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of cervical tumors injected cisplatin chemotherapy + radical radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer.Method:60 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients with cervical tumors injected cisplatin chemotherapy+radical radiotherapy,as the experimental group.30 cases with cisplatin vein chemotherapy+radical radiotherapy,as the control group.The recent curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:Clinical complete tumor suppression rate:the experimental group was 100%,the control group was 73.3%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Complete chemotherapy:the experimental group was 100%,the control group was 56.7%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Adverse reactions:Ⅲ degrees of bone marrow inhibition rate of the experimental group was 46.7%,the control group was 83.3%,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tumors injected cisplatin chemotherapy combined with radical radiotherapy can improve the recent efficacy of locally advanced cervical cancer and significantly reduce adverse reaction of chemotherapy,improve the quality of life of patients.
